Our technician was.Mike. He is very experienced and troubleshooted the issue within first 15 minutes. He explain the issue and my options clearly which helped me lot in decision making. Reached out to Lincoln to fix the washing machine. Overall, great experience and will definitely use them again. Customer service was top notch from booking the appointment to the technician. Brian was so friendly, but more importantly very knowledgeable and efficient.

Great experience with Lincoln Appliances on the repair of our LG washtower. Mike diagnosed the repair needed and returned today with Andy to do the work needed. The washer’s hot water valve and hose were replaced in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The guys were friendly and courteous, leaving the site clean and tidy. Highly recommended!
