I had sprained and strained my hamstrings. It was VERY painful. Even though they were very booked, they fit me in. After just a few treatments with Tani Veiji, the pain has totally gone away. Iam extremely grateful. The staff there are very accommodating and pleasant. My Christmas present. Thank you Lifemark!!

Very pushy receptionist to start, my file was transferred to this clinic and they were to call me to set up an appointment. They then called me 5 times in 2 hours, left me a voicemail and texted to set up an initial appointment. This isn't an emergency one message will suffice, I am at work and will call back when I can. Then going there the physio wanted me to book in for 2-3 times a week for followups, go out to the receptionist ask if I can book online and like I was bothering her said you can or I can do it. She books me in for one visit and is like okay you are done. Then I go home and try to book online and it is such an out dated system of pick three times and someone will get back to you on a time within 24 hours. Like no place uses this system anymore just let me pick a time.
