Very friendly and professional staff! I had to bring my toddler and they were totally ok to work with me to keep everything safe and keep her entertained while I had my blood work done. I didn't have an appointment but I was in and out within 20-30m. Even though it was busy they got everyone done quickly

I always make sure to book an appointment when I need to visit. When I arrived for my appointment the lab was extremely busy and I had many people in line ahead of me. It turned out they were walk-ins though. When my appointment time arrived, one of the nurses called out my name to see if I was there, and asked me to come to the front of the line. After that, my appointment went great and I was finished in no time.

I went to get blood drawn this morning and it was an amazing experience..i was there a total of maybe 15 mins..staff was so friendly and courteous ..I didn’t even feel the needle go into my arm..i will go here whenever i need bloodwork..

I go to this life labs monthy king st in welland They are always professional and courteous Yes sometimes the wait is a bit long but usually in and out in 45 minutes as a walk in As far as ppl complaining about a smell im not sure what u are talking about it have been going here the past 10 years and smell nothing out of the ordinary This lifelabs actually rates a 10 out of 10 in my books

I had really good experience at this location. The nurse who took my sample was very friendly and understood my nervousness and tried to help me to make it easier. I really appreciate it 🙏🏻
