Customer services is above and beyond. With out getting into detail they made sure a customized jersey was ready for me to give as a special birthday gift. Top notch workers who go above and beyond to make things happen. Appreciate the effort and understanding they had for my situation.

Went in today to check out the blue Jays hats... Was looking at one and a clerk, said oh no the price hasn't been changed yet on those. I say, oh they are being lowered and he said no going up. Went from$53 to 65! And he wasn't going to honour the lower price, so I said you can have your hat. And this was at 1pm not at opening time! Disappointed!

JC was absolutely amazing and helpful to find the right hat and fit for my son. She approached us right away and asked the right questions to find what he wanted. One of the best customer services I have had. You can tell she enjoys her job and knows her products. She went above and beyond

Went to get hats and get them embroidered they said it would take 20 minutes and ended up going back multiple times at which point they said it will take another 20 minutes and this repeated until our hats were finally done 4 hours later and they completely messed up the location of my embroidery putting it straight through a design on my hat instead of the open space below we had agreed upon

I go to lids in the pen centre to have hats made for a non profit group I’m a part of called RISKTAKERS. We feed and clothe the homeless! I deal with the store manager Tiffany everytime! She’s very professional and very good at what she does. I’ve had over 30 hats made so far and I will continue to deal with her to make many more! Thanks Tiff!!
