They likely provide great service, and I don’t doubt that. I’ve lived in the neighbourhood for several years, and I work from home some days in the week, often in meetings throughout the day. I’ve never had an issue until this specific crazy start of the tax season, but there needs to be better monitoring of how loud customers play their music in the parking lot. The bass from subwoofers is extremely loud—enough to shake my office and agitate my dog. It’s also clearly audible to others on my work calls and in meetings, which is disruptive and unprofessional. This has been the worst year for this; previously it was never a problem. I don’t have an issue with music in general, but during business hours and late hours there needs to be respect for the surrounding neighbourhood. Other businesses on the same strip do not seem to have this issue, and their customers tend to be more considerate. I also tried calling multiple times and the calls were disconnected before being answered. I attempted to walk in but no one was available. I didn’t want to leave a review, but this has become a recurring problem that needs to be addressed. For reference, World Gym down the street has signage posted at their entrance reminding patrons to be mindful if they operate subwoofers in their vehicles. You are located in a residential area with people working from home and families with young children. Everyone needs to be mindful. Loud music itself isn’t the issue—the subwoofer bass is. I hope this can be resolved. I’m not trying to be difficult, but this has become a significant disruption.

They provide excellent professional service. We had a friendly greeting when we walked in. Answered all of our questions. Did our taxes in a reasonable time frame. We will be going back next year for sure.
