I went to Liberty Tax yesterday and was helped by Jim Janus. It was a great experience. He was friendly, kind, and helpful. He explained everything to me very clearly and I felt an immense amount of ease upon leaving the office. I would recommend Liberty Tax to anyone- especially this location!

Awesome place. I called because I got some forms in the mail from the CRA which they sent because I had unclaimed GST from 2013. I wasn’t sure which forms exactly needed filling or what exactly to fill out so I decided to just bring the slips in and Jim was very helpful. We got it done in 5 minutes. I was amazed he didn’t even charge me. Most places will take you for as much as they can, but I came here and they were just happy to help. Now THAT is 10/10 service. I felt I at least owed them a good review :)

I had a great experience and excellent customer service when I went there today. I have an exceptional preparation of difficulties and the representative walked me through it all explaining as much as possible. They have great hours as well as my biggest obstacle is getting somewhere after work hours. Price was great and returning to do more filing and recommend the service to everyone going forward. Great job, fair prices, understanding empathetic agent to my situation.
