Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Instead of saving me money, they caused significant financial loss and penalties from the CRA. Sarah was irresponsible, arrogant, and completely unprofessional.She constantly shifted blame instead of taking accountability, filed incorrect HST returns, and failed to make payroll deduction payments on time. When issues arose, they abandoned the work, terminated the contract, and left my books in complete disarray—despite charging fees for the entire year. No quality work was delivered.

This Liberty Tax office is located in a mall off Hwy. 20 in Fonthill so there is parking available next to the office and a MacDonalds close by if you need a coffee.
