Just bought a new specialized gravel bike after years of using a road bike. All that to say, I haven’t really shopped for a bike in a long time and Ian and the entire staff at liberty were really low pressure and welcoming when I got to the store. Ian gave me two great options that were in my price range and fit the amount of riding I will likely do. It’s important to me support local businesses that take their commitment for customer service seriously by hiring and retaining great people. Liberty! Bicycles is an amazing shop for anyone looking to purchase their first 'real' bicycle, meaning not the ones from sports stores or big-box stores. Kurt (Owner) is extremely knowledgeable and really helped me purchasing the right Mountain Bike (Kona Mahuna) for me as a heavier rider. Jay (Bike Tech.) was also really helpful helping me fit the upgrades I purchased for the Mahuna, especially when we ran into a bit of a snag with the dropper post from OneUp. In addition to all that, Kurt even allowed me to keep my bike in the shop for a few days for a courier to come and pick it up and ship it back to the Philippines. The service and expertise everyone provided is incomparable, and this was bar-none, one of the best experiences I've had as a customer. Thanks Liberty! Bicycles.
