Levante Villa De Rose

My father moved in just over a year ago. He’s enjoying the atmosphere and the wonderful staff. Very clean and he says the food is great. Dealing with the staff has always been easy and professional. Would recommend!

I can't say enough about the support provided by this home. A family member going through a significant change was in desperate need for respite care. From the inquiry stage to placement, support, and linkage to the community went above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. A special shout out to Dale Boyd and office manager Tara for their patience and dedication to their residents. I would highly recommend this retirement environment to anyone in need if short or longer term residency.

My mother recently moved from another retirement home in Welland, and the difference since coming to Villa De Rose has been nothing short of incredible. The level of care, the engaging entertainment, the thoughtfully planned outings, and the warmth of the team are all a huge upgrade. In less than a year, her outlook on life has completely transformed. She’s happier, more engaged, and genuinely looks forward to the events and activities the staff thoughtfully prepare for the residents. Villa De Rose has not only provided her with a more enriching environment—it’s given her a renewed sense of joy and community. I couldn’t be more grateful. Visiting my grandfather here today and I needed help to set something up with wifi. The man at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. He could have dismissed it with a “sorry, I don’t know” but he went out of his way to find the answer. I think his name was Colby or Colton?

We are placing our father in this lovely home. The people there are extremely helpful, but we'd like to thank Dale Boyd in particular for all his help and compassion in getting dad moved in comfortably! He has gone above and beyond in what would normally be expected in a situation that has been somewhat stressful emotionally for our family. Thanks again Dale!!
