Levante Maplecrest Village

Maplecrest Village is 5 star destination that deserves the highest level of praise. The environment and staff provide an ever cheerful caring service that would be difficult to match. It truly is another reason that makes Grimsby special.

The staff at Maplecrest make all the difference for Mom leaving her home. Everyone is always smiling and saying hello to Della. There is plenty to do with Cheryl running activities. Karen in nursing checks on Mom and answers my questions. Brent in maintenance is just a quick call away when the TV gives her trouble. Alex at reception always has a smile. Always good to know that Mom is eating well and has plenty of choices and variety. I'm so glad that we found Maplecrest as I now has peace of mind.

My Mother spent years visiting friends at other residences before choosing Maplecrest, it just felt more personal. Both the staff and the other residents are amazing, friendly and supportive. The staff knows you by you first name and unusually includes either "hi or yes" when saying it. Her room has plenty of sun light and is kept well serviced, thanks housekeeping. The location is downtown between the escarpment and the lake for easy visiting. As a family we take comfort knowing Mom is happy in the care of trusted caregivers. My father lived in Maplecrest for a few years and was extremely happy there. As his health declined the nursing staff, led by Angela really stepped up and went above and beyond for him. There was nothing the staff wouldn't do for him. At Maplecrest they truly seem to care about their residents and it shows. We were kept updated when necessary and there was a constant, open line of communication available to us regardless of the time of day. I am thankful that he found Maplecrest and was able to fully appreciate all they had to offer.

My father in law recently moved into Maplecrest Village. He visited a couple of places on his own and decided that Maplecrest had the nicest feel. The staff have been absolutely amazing. My father in law is treated with so much kindness and respect. Everyone knows his name and is so friendly and helpful. As he transitions into his new home the staff is always there for him, making sure everything is alright. It is a wonderful feeling for us knowing that his needs are being both met and exceeded
