Good experience. Kevin was the rep who assisted me and I have no complaints. He is knowledgeable, respectful, patient and very nice without being pretentious. Bedding options were good. The sale brought a 3.6K mattress down to 1.8K.

My wife and I purchased a fridge and a stove from Leons. Victoria, the sales person, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The delivery guys were very professional. They had our new appliances moved into our house in no time. Derek the stove installer was just here. Once again I was very pleased with the quality of the work done. All in all, a very nice experience dealing with all the folks from Leons. A 10 out of 10!!

I want to start by saying that Roweena was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to answer our questions, made us feel welcome, and provided great customer service. If the experience had been based on her alone, this would easily be a 5-star review. She is a true asset to the store and clearly cares about customers. Unfortunately, the overall experience was completely overshadowed by another employee’s behavior. A different worker ripped a painting out of my mom’s hands and stated that he was buying it. This was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Regardless of personal intentions, no employee should ever take merchandise out of a customer’s hands or behave that way—especially while on the clock. This interaction made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected, and it’s disappointing that such behavior occurred in a retail environment. Management seriously needs to address this, as it reflects poorly on the store despite having excellent employees like Roweena.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience working with Roweena Maidens. She was incredibly professional, warm, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole process enjoyable. Roweena went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, making everything smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and friendly approach made working with her a real pleasure. We would gladly work with Roweena again and highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional service.

We visited the Welland Leons about 2 weeks ago looking to purchase a couch. Stephen helped us and was honest about what we would and could not get in time for the holiday season. I found something I really loved and Stephen was very informative helping us create a modular sectional that would fit in our space. We left that evening to think on it and when I arrived the following day, Stephen was in and once again helped me measure out the couch to ensure it would fit in our space. He listened to our wants and never pushed to up sell us. He helped us find a solution to get the 1 remaining piece that was not in stock at the closest location and we were able to pick up our couch in less than a week from when we purchased it. Very happy with our purchase and the service that we received.
