We hired Jennifer as a legal rep and the experience was not just disappointing it was a complete failure of professional representation. From the outset, it was clear that our interests were not being taken seriously. Communication was consistently poor, follow-ups were unreliable, and we were routinely left without clear, timely, or even usable answers to basic questions. Even more troubling was the gross mismanagement of the case itself. There was no apparent strategy, no sense of urgency, and no visible effort to move the matter toward resolution. Instead, the case was allowed to stagnate and drag on unnecessarily, driving up costs while producing absolutely no meaningful progress. At multiple points, it genuinely felt as though our position was not being advocated at all, which is completely unacceptable when you are paying for representation. By the end, we had nothing to show for the time and money spent and were left seriously questioning not only the competence of the handling of our case, but whether it was ever being managed in our best interests to begin with.
