I needed to purchase a vehicle and was urgently in need for some cash, so I was recommended by a friend to go to Money mart, we arrived 15mins before closing time but she she still received us, got me approved, gave me the cash right the way and even stayed an extra 30mins just to serve me. I really had a great experience and will definitely recommend Money mart to others because of Ms Kerri Phelan ( the lady who helped me)

The staff at the Welland location is amazing. Tammy is always friendly and her customer service was and & is always excellent. There is another female staff can't remember her name but she also was amazing...The first time I visted the location, the system was very problematic, her patience was top notch until she was able to complete my transaction. The manager also called me twice on 2 different times to ensure I was satisfied with the service...I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for excellent customer service.
