I've called twice. Both times I was spoken down to treated like a 3rd class citizen. Both Dan and Carrie Lynn have spoken to me in a condescending manner. Carrie Lynn was so rude she interrupted me many times and would not listen. Carrie Lynn in my opinion should be let go. Poor people do not deserve her very special kind of disrespect. Dan could not answer simple legal questions that he should definitely know the answer. Terrible service. Very very very bad. Not helpful in the least. I guess it's true you get what you pay for.

View on GoogleWaited 2 and a half weeks for an appointment then the guy calls me 2 hours early and tells me it's a phone appointment when I clearly stated I wanted to come in and see a lawyer. They left early at 230 day of my ltb hearing and they spoke with the opposing lawyer just minutes before me and then when it was my turn,the other companies lawyer was on the phone and duty counsel lawyer dissapeared for the day. Kinda fishy how that worked anyways I'm a single dad and they did squat to help me. This young wannabe lawyer Dan Shoom likes to lecture people like he is on a power trip,no life experience at all. Anyone reading this I would say just go to the courthouse and speak to the secretary. They have all forms and are way more informative than the burgar st place. That place is literally useless and they will waste weeks of your time waiting. Very miserable people working there also like people really need that when they are going through a hard time as it is.

I was represented by Shannon mchughes for landlord tenant matter, when court date arrived she was not ready at all, her communication was terrible throughout the whole thing, she wasn't prepared, myself and my son did all of the footwork that she got paid for.
View on GoogleI suppose there's one thing hard at work here: my tax dollars. Their phone was programmed to go straight to voice mail when I called for help (several times). Not only did they did never answer, but they have not returned my call two days later- contrary to their pledge: " If you require help please call us and we will call you back within the same business day."
