The way these guys drive in residential areas, racing cars and cutting people off is amazing. I guess their response time is probably the best in Niagara Falls because 100k in a 50k zone has to be for a reason.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. The technician repeatedly missed scheduled times without calling ahead, despite promising to notify me 2-3 hours before arrival. Each time, I had to reach out to him instead. He didn’t show up or respond to my calls, and when I finally reached him, he said he’d arrive in 30 minutes, forcing me to leave work abruptly without prior notice. He even threatened to leave if I didn’t arrive on time. In addition to the scheduling issues, the technician was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I expressed frustration over the difficulties I was experiencing, he mocked me for saying “you guys,” claiming that using those words meant I had “thrown my respect out the window.” He also made inappropriate references to undermine my concerns. His dismissive attitude continued when he accused me of being overly complainant, falsely claiming that even the front desk staff mocked my complaints behind my back. Throughout our interactions, he spoke to me in a loud, condescending tone, especially when I simply asked him to double-check for any other potential issues. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable with his conduct and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for respect, reliability, or professionalism. My experience was both disappointing and unacceptable.

Be careful their drivers will almost take out your back end as you reverse out of your own driveway. A+ workers! Driver in question lives in Welland and speeds around city roads well above 50km.

Truly Disappointed By The Level Of Professionalism. I have been trying to reach out to this HVAC company from December 2023 for a quote for a commercial project from Chris. We preferred them as they were just a a block away from the project site. I truly don't understand why they would just bluntly ignore a customers request. If they could not take the project, they could have just said so. This experience is enough is stay away from this company.

I’ve been with lead mechanical for many years and definitely recommend them to any business owners. Extremely professional in many areas, Steve is an awesome plumber! Chris is amazing! Shawn excellent with all the duct work! Everyone that works at this company is super down to earth and very accommodating! I Definitely rely on them for any of my business ventures.
