I asked a simple question about a wine and the two ladies working were very rude and accusing as if I was dumb when I just honestly didn’t know the wine I was looking for was seasonal. I told them I found it in St Catharine’s and they told me to “go back there then” in very rude tones. I was just asking a question. So rude.

I don't often visit the LCBO and this particular outlet is always the one I'd frequent due to its proximity to the grocery store. Upon entering I asked an orange-bearded male employee where the vodka was, he grumble/gestured to an area literally right in front of me. Perfect. As he meandered about the store he finally settled at one of the cash registers. One line was currently open and he appeared to be helping a customer, but the line up to his till was haphazard. When a simple "yes" or "no" answer to my question who have sufficed as to my question of "are you open?" he gave me bewildered answers as if I was speaking another language. I was not impressed with his obvious attitude and unhappiness working tonight.

1 start because why they are closing 6 pm and only one day 8pm..please change your hours

Great little place.Brian is a value member of their staff. Remembers what I bought and recommends things I would like.

An absolutely amazing experience, clean environment, helpful staff and great prices. The only disappointment is they have been out of my favourite cream liquor and go whisky which is Amarillo and Jack Honey for quite a while. But I recommend and will most certainly be returning. Oh and delivery through Instacart is also available which makes it real convenient when I don’t feel like driving 🙌🏾😮‍💨
