LCBO

I am very disappointed in the service that I did not receive at the Virgil LCBO store. The employees were very rude to me, and they couldn't care less to help me find what I was looking for. I asked for a V. O. Product and the sales lady said there's no such thing!! This is not the first time that I have been treated rudely at this store. I will not shop there any more.

I had a great experience at this LCBO. The store offers a wide selection of beverages, catering to various tastes and preferences. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist with recommendations. The organized layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for. However, the parking lot can get crowded at peak times, which may cause some inconvenience. Additionally, during busy periods, there can be longer wait times at the checkout. Nevertheless, the extensive range of drinks, combined with helpful staff, makes this LCBO a reliable destination for all your beverage needs.

This has to be the best stocked and nicest LCBO I have ever been to. Further, the staff is exceptional. The store manager alone deserves special mention: He took time out of his own shopping to help me select some awesome brews for my future in-laws. You can't beat the Virgil LCBO - keep it up, guys!

Great selection of local wines. However, not a great selection of vintages if you're looking to buy some from a different country. The reason I came here was to get some local Ontario wine, and I totally did. Cashiers quite friendly, more so than at different LCBOs.

It's new, clean and fresh. But there is an unmistakable odour that resembles cat urine in the whole place. I've asked the staff about it and they say the comment about it gets made quite often. Hopefully the smell gets resolved.
