Was just in there tonight. Friday night, 2 women working... Complaining about getting trucks, staffing etc .... Didn't stop complaining long enough to help out know that someone had been waiting to check out. I had to interrupt to ask a question to the cashier and she simply said "no" to my question. Awful service.... You employees can complain all you want about job security etc.... I will get my booze elsewhere from now on..... Because I don't have to put up with horrible service!
View on GoogleWhatever I still give the lcbo 5 stars . I do not have low impulse control. I admit I was tipsy and too much temptation built in with the way my mind was rushing and I grabbed a mickey behind the clerk, put it in my chest coat pocket and I ended up putting it on the counter so I wouldn't steal it. Whatever , sucks now I cant get liquor and pops , I wanted to try other things like those seltzer so I wouldnt get fat. Sorry.
View on GoogleI feel like this LCBO should be larger. The selection is really the only downfall. But they've got the place pretty well stuffed full. Staff attitude is hit and miss also. But I'd likely not be in a great mood either working in a small location that packs up with lines from front to back either.
View on GoogleAwesome selection of booze, kind service, great help as I don't drink but running errands for others and don't know where anything is and I had great help and they welcomed my little service dog in no problem, even with breakable bottles In such a compact space and I had was helped all the way!! I'm very appreciative as I'm disabled and they helped me a great deal!! Thank you LCBO, of Port Colborne, you were amazingly kind and helpful to a disabled, I didn't even tell you as fewer ppl that know, the better, young woman running errands and doing 2 things at once, taking my baby girl, Gracie, a small Yorkie for a long walk with a cart in tow to get things home and disperse among others and gift cards for an 85yr old man's b-day and others for Christmas and I'd no clue what I was doing!! Lol!! Embarrassed to say at my age as 55 in 2 days!! Lol!! Thanks again, I appreciate all the help, more than you will ever know!! Considering most ppl have attitudes and are miserable and I'm tired of being treated this way by others, it's funny that even tho running errands for others, walking my rescue Gracie, who's gonna b my service fog, lol, but was extremely refreshing to see smiling faces and kindness unknown in these days and times!! All the best LCBO, and Merry Christmas to all!! May you be as blessed as I was in the company of your employees!!🙏❤️❤️💯 A really appreciative 2nd time customer as when disability has me down on back, I have yo pay domrone yo take my baby for a day or so or pay them with alcohol!! They claim to love her snd want to see her, but everyone charges me for everything, when I'm disabled, not on odsp, let's make that clear as I had an amazing career in Burlington before I was struck down with a hereditary disease, waiting for my 6th surgery!! Thank you LCBO!!,❤️🙏🙂🙃🫣😇❌️⭕️😊🥰😉🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️💯
View on GoogleAlmost missed the LCBO when driving around town looking for it. As others have mentioned, it is a small store with limited selection. I'm a big fan of wine collections from the Niagara Falls region. I was surprised to not see much of them in the store.
