I’ve noticed a consistent issue when being served by one particular employee at this location—an older gentleman who regularly works the checkout. The interactions are often curt and borderline rude, even when I’m polite and courteous. There’s also a noticeable lack of consistency in the checkout experience compared to other LCBO locations. Simple courtesies that are typically offered elsewhere, such as bagging or offering a bag, are absent, and when I ask for a bag, the response is usually something like today’s “if you need it,” which comes across as rude rather than helpful. I’m not looking for special treatment — just a basic level of courtesy and consistency in customer service.

Great selection and well organized store This LCBO location at 7481 Oakwood Dr, Niagara Falls is very well organized and easy to navigate. You can find a great variety of spirits, wines, and beers, including local and international options. The store is clean, well stocked, and makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. Overall, a great place to shop for alcohol in the area.

This place is great , but the stuff I like is way over my budget, still can find some deals . I bought white rum and 3 skull vodka shots . Staff is cool and can help with any questions of mixing .
