Associates at the locstion are helpful. I could remember the name of a wine. I mentionef there was a mermaid on the label and she showed me exactly where it was.

Margaret claimed she would lose her job if my friend used my aeroplan. So either the workers are being threatened with this or she’s just really uptight. Either way bad experience. I’ve never ever been told I can’t collect members points for a friends’ purchase. I’ve done it countless times at the LCBO. She claimed every store is different. They’re unionized there is zero chance she would have lost her job over giving me 12 aeroplan points. Just go to the location at fifty road, they’ve never given me a hard time they’re 5 minutes away and have a much better selection.

SATURDAY JUNE 10,2023 APROX 7PM It has been many years since I had been in the local Grimsby LCBO. This building is located very close to a grocery store, so it makes for great convenience. It was very nice to see the new renovations! Very organized and updated. But what I was most impressed with was the service! She asked me if I needed help finding something, Something that doesn't happen often anymore in retail stores..... I could not put words to the exceptional customer service I received....finding a bottle of white wine to enjoy with my dinner...... It was perfect!!!! Thank you to the Staff for keeping the Customer Sevice Experience Alive!

Newly renovated LCBo store. More chilled products; more shelf space. Online pick up counter. Friendly team and tons of parking.

This location is tiny, but it is amazing for people who cannot eat/drink gluten. There are a lot of gluten-free options! I also love the fact that there’s lots of local alcohol being sold here. No shortage of coolers either definitely grateful that this is in Grimsby, especially being someone with celiac disease.
