Was gifted some expensive bottles and wanted to return for store credit. Was met by an angry disrespectful manager Dan@ielle. Rather than nicely explain I needed the receipt due to Doug Ford and new policy, she was rude miserable and arrogant. Obviously this manager skipped the customer service training day. It is a real shame she will be showing other employees how to treat people. Anyone trained knows you can tell the customer the same result in a different way to not provoke anger. This person should not be in a manager position, this person should not be representing any organization. It's pathetic and gross. I pray my fellow townies don't ever have to deal with this one. End result I was handed a piece of paper on the policy (who in this world knows LCBO policy) and she said "good luck with your attitude". Wow

Staff here are unfriendly for the most part. Manager is a rude "Dictator " We purchased the incorrect product, and when trying to echange for the correct one, 15 minutes later, the manager said " No receipt, no exchange". She was rude, also stating " You can buy alcohol all over the world, how are we to know where you purchased this ?" Maybe the LCBO label on the bottle would be her first clue. All in all, make sure to ask for your receipt, you knever know when you'll need one, as we found out the hard way. People don't care about people anymore...shame on them !!

Waited to check out, 2 cashiers open so I was standing near one and another lady standing near the other waiting our turns. Several people got in line behind the other lady when I was told I had to get in line. Really, I thought I was? There was absolutely no signage or roped area addressing where a line forms, nothing marking this on the floor even. I then got in line behind 5 people and suggested to the cashier when it was my turn that there should be signage. I wasn’t rude, just expressing my concern and Dionne’s response was “let me know when you are done”. I looked at her name tag and she turned towards me and told me to take a picture. Really? Then she advised me I could do a review on line and I paid and found the manager who was receptive to my concerns about this rude cashier. He didn’t seem to agree that there should be a way to know there is a line formation but if an educated 67 year old woman could not determine where a line forms how are visitors to our area. When you shop at a grocery store do you wait in one line? How about at Canadian Tire? If you want customers to funnel into a line then there needs to be signage. Glad I’m not a drinker but dealing with Dionne would have me abstain just so I never have to see her again!
