Very unfriendly staff. I went last week and asked a young woman about a wine. She was very reluctant to help me and didn't move from where she was to show me the wine. She just continued to stock shelves. And didn't even look in my direction. Today I went in to buy something I had a couple old receipts just a small handful of napkins. I asked the woman at the cashier if she had a garbage and her response to me was we have recycling and people always come here to throw their garbage away. I live down the street and it's convenient to get alcohol but the 3 times I have been to this LCBO I am treated like an inconvenience. I can tell the people that work there are not very good with the public. I work in the service industry and if I treated customers like this I would be fired from my job. Horrible customer service. Especially from the young woman I asked for a wine recommendation from.

Been constructing the construction on Ontario st. & although I get that it can be frustrating for business owners and residents it's a process that has to be completed and will be appreciated in the end. However in the mean time there's been traffic control ensuring there's no lost business with everyone getting to where they need / want to be in a very timely manner. What i do not appreciate however is the lack of respect in return from the business owners within this area. Especially those that are not courteous to those working out side, cold, warm, rain snow, while you sit in your warmed facility retail job. Us workers are mindful of business & are often customers after 5. So if there is no private parking signs or "will be towed" please leave us the hell alone or be mindful if were not interfering.

Located in Niagara region, but only 2 local craft beers and no local craft cider kept in their refrigerator section. Staff were rude when we asked about local cider; told us there was Sommersby (not local) kept cold. The LCBO should do better to promote local. On the plus side, the cashier was extremely pleasant. That’s the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

Worst "manager" I've ever seen. She stands around and does nothing while there's a till closed and a lineup at 10+ people for 15 minutes. Horrible customer service when customers asked what she was doing nothing but attitude came out of her mouth she does not act like a Manager in any regard.

Very small but does the trick. If you want something fancy, don't come here. It has a very small variety and only has 2 coolers so the options of chilled drinks are at a minimum. If you're looking for run of the mill products you're good. I'd hate to see this place on a long weekend, it would be packed with 10 people on it. However, the staff are friendly so it balances out.
