For 85.00 and less than an hr for a manicure and pedicure to come out looking like this is terrible! This is the worst pedicure I have ever received in life! So disappointing. Going to soak my feet and scrub them myself

Been going to this location for several years. Always get the same manicure and pedicure. My daughter came home and had been charged ALOT more for a shellac pedicure French tips then I ever had been charged before $65. I called and asked how much it is for a pedicure with shellac French tips. I was told $48. I than followed up to ask why my daughter was charged $65 for that exact request at her appointment that afternoon. I was told because she wanted a deeper white line on her tips. So I then confirmed there is an additional $15 charge for using a tiny fraction of the white polish that’s already being used. The lady on phone confirmed. Please observe the attached photo of what this salon designates as being a “deeper” white tip that justifies gouging for an additional $15 making it a total of $65. Disgusting, unprofessional and will never visit this salon again.

Andy is very humble, patient, and kind, and you can tell his main goal is to make sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied with his service. I left feeling relaxed and absolutely loving my nails. Highly recommended! 💅✨

When I first started, I worked with one technician, but unfortunately, I didn’t like the shape of my nails, so I moved on. I then went to James, and eventually, I started seeing Sherry. I absolutely love the work Sherry does. She may take a little longer, but her attention to detail and the quality of her work are outstanding. My nails last 4–5 weeks, which is perfect for me since I can’t afford to go every two weeks as recommended it’s absolutely worth it. Sherry is kind, friendly, and meticulous. She takes the time to get to know her clients and truly cares about her work. I often walk in with one design in mind, and she will suggest alternatives because she knows I tend to change my mind. I appreciate her creativity and professionalism. I would give this salon a five-star rating, but there are a couple of small things I wish were different. For example, they charge an extra $10 to have your cuticles trimmed. In my opinion, this should be included in the service, especially for loyal customers, as some salons don’t charge for this. Sometimes I choose not to get my cuticles trimmed just to avoid the extra fee, and I prefer to put that money toward tipping my nail tech instead. Other than that, I have no complaints. My advice is not to be afraid to try different technicians until you find the right one for you just as I found Sherry, who I will happily stick with. The prices are generally in line with other salons in town, though the cuticle trim makes it slightly more expensive. Still, I love my nail technician and would recommend her to anyone.

Got my prom nails today!! I am pretty sure the ladies name was Jenny/Jennie, She was SO sweet and cared about what my nails looked like and how i felt, She was patient and very respectful, I have been coming here for special occasions nails for around 3 years and i will NEVER switch. Best prices and best service!! Thank you for this day💓
