ZERO stars if possible. Ongoing matter with the LSO over this man’s behaviour. Working with Wayne Brooks has been one of the most frustrating legal experiences I’ve ever had. He was in possession of my late grandparents’ will and related estate documents and consistently refused to release them in a timely and professional manner. After multiple phone calls and emails, I was met with delays, excuses, and outright avoidance. When I finally did get access to the documents, they had been tampered with, staples removed and key items, including the affidavit required to move probate forward, were missing. As an executor, I am entitled to these documents, yet Mr. Brooks created unnecessary obstacles at every step, causing additional legal fees, long delays in probate, and significant stress for my family. His lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for his clients’ legal rights is unacceptable. If you are looking for a lawyer who respects clients, responds promptly, and upholds their duties with integrity, I cannot recommend Wayne Brooks. My experience has been deeply disappointing and has undermined my trust in his practice.

This entire office has been my rock throughout my litigation. I appreciate their help and advice so much, and given everything that we've all had to put up with with regards to my family law matter, I cannot express my gratitude enough. Mr. Brooks, Jan, Anna and Naomi, thank you all, so so much. I know you all had my child's best interest at heart, and I admire the tenacity and realism that he and his team brought. I've learned quite a lot, even how to be more assertive when it comes to handling situations with my child's father. Which is not easy for me to do, considering the DV he had subjected my family and others, to. Family court went smooth, and I won. Wayne has a very positive attitude. I recommend this lawyer to anyone who needs legal help. I can honestly vouch for this man, he will go out of his way to help you just as he did for me. He honestly does care for people, and does what he is suppose to, his office isn't even close to a disaster. I think he is just a very busy man. 5 stars due to helping me through a very stressful process and setting my future for a road to success.

I have used Wayne Brooks for a number of legal matters from Real Estate, to wills and probate of my grandfather estate. His staff were extremely helpful as I had no idea what I was doing or where to begin (court clerks not so much) Overall he was great and informative his staff were friendly and very helpful and I have never had any other issues with him or his office. I would recommend his services if you are in need of legal help of any kind.

I had hired Wayne Brooks at the final stages of my case before potentially going to trial. Until this point I had been handling the matter myself. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone with any answers pertaining to my case. I had a 2 week deadline before needing to file my offer to settle before trial was inevitable. I provided Wayne Brooks with a written offer to settle and asked for any input on the document. I never received any response. I continued to call everyday for answers and to remind them that they needed to file my offer to settle before the deadline as I lived out of the jurisdiction. Wayne Brooks never filed my final offer to settle, never provided any input on the matter, and proceeded to charge me 1500$ for missing the deadline, not responding to my questions, and not even progressing the case. I would not recommend this lawyer/law firm.
