I purchased a washing machine for $2,000, which malfunctioned 11 days later. I have been without a functional washing machine for over 8 days. I felt abandoned. The owner was on vacation, and upon his return, he informed me that the issue is now under Whirlpool's warranty. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this store. Initially, the owner could have directed me to contact Whirlpool, rather than waiting for his return. This lack of communication and service has been disappointing. This experience has led me to reconsider making local purchases in the future. I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else!

Local, friendly staff. Helped us get a couch that fits our space perfectly and we love it. We had visited another store and a very similar couch would have been $500 more. Delivered and installed. All went smoothly and would definitely go back for our next furniture purchase.
