I had the pleasure of attending one of Laura and Dana’s breathwork classes last night and all I can say is WOW. What an incredible experience. The space felt safe, grounding, and so thoughtfully held. I left feeling calmer, more connected, and deeply grateful. I highly recommend attending one of their classes. I can’t recommend Laura highly enough! She has helped me grow so much as a person. I had tried EMDR before with a previous therapist, and it really didn’t go well. I knew it was a method that could work for me and something I truly wanted to see through, but after that first experience I was really disappointed. When I was recommended to Laura, I decided to give EMDR a second chance and I’m so happy I did. Laura introduced the process to me in such a safe, effective, and supportive way. The experiences I had while doing EMDR with her are unmatched, and I’ll never forget the growth, healing, and positive change she guided me through. I always felt understood and heard with Laura. Even when I couldn’t make sense of my own thoughts and feelings, she would reflect them back to me in a way that made everything click. She brought me clarity, reassurance, and such a sense of calm. I’d often go in feeling muddled and come out feeling clear and grounded. Her knowledge and understanding in this space are outstanding, and she always explained everything clearly and with such confidence. 10/10 for Laura and her work - she’s one of the best!!

Laura is the best therapist I have ever seen. Her care and compassion for your well being is second to none. She was able to help me work through the most traumatic moment in my life when I didn’t think anything would ever change how I felt.
