Casandra did my lashes recently and they were the best I’ve ever had done. She is an excellent aesthetician.

While I must commend the owner for her friendly demeanor and the quality of her work, my overall experience at The Lash Lounge was marred by several issues. When the owner did my lashes, they lasted the standard two weeks, but when I expressed a desire for a more dramatic look, the customer service from the manager, Cassandra, left much to be desired. I was met with a dismissive response implying that their natural look was non-negotiable, which was disappointing. Verbatim, she stated: "this is the way we do lashes here; it's a natural look and if you don't like it perhaps we're not the place for you." ... Yup, I'm not kidding. To add insult to injury, during my treatment, Cassandra remained largely silent, in stark contrast to her lively interactions with other clients. This lack of engagement left me feeling undervalued, leading me to question if my ethnicity played a role in her demeanor. Seeking better service, I visited another technician, Avery, who provided a friendlier experience. However, it seems there may have been a lapse in quality due to supply issues. Overheard conversations indicated a shortage of bonder, potentially resulting in my lashes falling out prematurely after just a week. Attempting to address these concerns, I tried to rebook with the owner but encountered persistent issues with their booking system. Despite showing availability, I consistently received error messages when attempting to book appointments. Attempts to reach out via phone and text went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and feeling ignored. Regrettably, these experiences have led me to take my business elsewhere. While there were positive aspects, the overall level of unprofessionalism and subpar service from the staff has left me disappointed. It's evident why this establishment's rating is only 3.5 stars, and frankly, I'm surprised it's not lower given the encountered challenges.

Cassandra is and always does the best on my lashes. She makes them pop! After having lash extensions for the longest time I thought I’d never get my naturals back and when I went so see Cassandra for the first time at the Lash Lounge for a lash lift and tint I saw beautiful results. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my lashes and the service. Cassandra was very friendly and did a great job of enhancing my lashes exactly how I wanted them. She was very gentle and the environment was so relaxing! Would def recommend!

I’ve got my lashes done for the first time there and I really appreciated the great customer service experience. Amber did my lashes and she was nice and very professional. She made me comfortable since it was the first time. I loved how it looked that day; however, the next day my some of my lashes started falling out. Throughout my first week I have lost a lot of lashes I was confused if it was a normal process or not. I am so disappointed with that I was expecting it to last for long. I really did enjoy getting my lash done there tho.
