Staff is so nice. Place is neat and tidy. Always come here to get my kiddo flow water. Sometimes you can find great deals for things youd pay more for else where. I never leave the store empty handed lol

Great experience at Lapennaco. The staff were welcoming, the service was solid, and everything felt straightforward and honest. Good variety, reasonable prices, and a nice atmosphere overall. Nothing flashy — just good customer service done right.

I made a purchase from this store on January 11th. I have made many purchases in the past and had no problem but this time I inquired regarding a price matching policy that yo may or may not have. Originally the store employee had told me no which was fine. He then asked further regarding where I had found a better price. When i showed him he decided to go speak with the manager of the store for the day. After a few minutes in the back the manager came out and was agressive with me stating it was much more else where including their own website and that the price is what it is. I find this to be very unprofessional and unneeded. I was not being pushy to price match or anything I simply found a better price somewhere else and had decided to see if it could be price matched or not. This is enough to make me rethink potential future purchases here as I do not appreciate being attacked by a Manager

I had a bad experience with the employees today I was asked to hand over my bag because of a “no bags allowed” policy. I’ve never been asked to do this before, and I noticed that other customers and shopkeepers were allowed to keep their bags. This felt discriminatory and unfair, as it gave me the impression that I was being suspected of stealing simply because of who I am. I find this unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping at this store again. ******************************************************** Response from the owner a week ago Hi Mathew, We’re sorry to hear you took our company bag policy personally. We want to assure you that we do not target or discriminate against any customers. We have visible signs on our front door explaining this policy. We do not allow large duffel bags, backpacks, or suitcases in our warehouse, and this applies to everyone. In all three locations. Thank you for being understanding. Have a great day. Response to above. Then why the employees targeted me. They were other customer who has duffel bags, backpacks on that day. Why NOT OTHERS. After browsing a few stores we thought we would try Lapennaco's. I have done some window shopping in the past and was hoping we would find a good deal. The store is set up neatly. The clothes are arranged by style, then sizes. We found several shirts and pants that were great prices. They had some Kirkland and what looked like Costco clearance items. Staff were helpful and kind.
