I ordered a decor rest sectional and was told 6 to 8 weeks for it to arrive. It was delivered on week 6! I just love my sectional and the service was professional from the sale to the delivery! Thank you Lampman team!

Great place to go if you want terrible post sales service. La-Z-Boy product that is guaranteed that they are now refusing to provide service for. The terse and disengaged tone received was a nice touch. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a new Kipling power rocker recliner lazy boy chair in November of 2022. The staff and owners there are great product came in and they delivered it shortly thereafter took about 8 weeks. Just a word of advice whatever chair you are considering to purchase make sure you place it against the wall at the store to see the correct dimensions of what distance you need and what space it will take and compare maybe that chair and others against the wall. Also each chair comes in different heights make sure you get the one that's correct for you. On a final note would make another purchase there for a lazy boy chair etc

Nice store, much bigger then I had thought. Staff were friendly and upfront while giving the space to browse. Regrettably I didn't purchase anything because the estimated wait time right now is 40 weeks. I found the prices on par with most other retailers, which considering they're la-z-boy I will be back when the wait time is more reasonable.
