I feel so blessed to have found Lakeside Niagara Veterinary Clinic the staff are professional, compassionate and loving! I want to thank you all for the care, love and understanding you have given my rescue Reggie who deals with fear reactivity! You all have the touch that brings comfort and love to each and every animal and their parents 🥰

They were new for me because my last vet looked at me like a cash machine especially when my cat was at end of life. I brought my cat to Lakeside for a second opinion and Dr Liz was so kind so compassionate. They tried to help my cat as much as they could. we ended up giving her pain meds and and antibiotics and they gave us complete information how to administer the medication. Dr Liz explained everything that was going on while she's doing the examination. Anytime I would call to get help or information the people that answer the phone were so nice and helpful and never made me feel like I was being a burden. It turned out that my cat had bone cancer, leukemia, kidney disease, and even some sort of neurological twitching. When it was time to put her down they were so kind and helpful and we thank them so much for being so nice and so compassionate. With the old vet that I had I thought that I would never get another vet the way they treated me. With this new vet Dr Liz at Lakeside it's a possibility now that I may get a new cat. It's not out of the question now. Thank you to Dr Liz and the team at Lakeside .

My senior chihuahua, Marla, is new to Lakeside having been to a different vet just days before and feeling as though Marla was just a dollar sign to that vet, I booked with Lakeside. Received an appointment within a few days. I was impressed with Liz. She was very thorough. She discussed many possibilities with me about Marla's condition. (Marla presented with heart disease and a persistent cough). She checked her head to toe, in front of me. (Previous vet took her away from me so no idea what was checked) Liz and the assistant, I'm sorry I can't recall her name because this is a stressful time, were patient and understanding of my concerns and questions...and rather than pushing procedures at me, explained options and provided a take away quote for me to consider. To summarize, they were great. Price was reasonable as well because I paid way more just days before for less than what Marla received at Lakeside. I left feeling hopeful for more time with Marla. I would recommend for your pet care.

Dr. Andrew's professionalism, compassion, and expertise were evident from the moment we met him. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. He even provided us with some valuable advice on how to improve our pet's overall well-being. Dr. Andrew's bedside manner was also exceptional, and he made our pet feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. He was gentle, thorough, and kind, which was very reassuring to both our pet and us. Overall, our experience at this veterinary clinic was fantastic, and we cannot recommend it enough. We are grateful to have had Dr. Andrew as our veterinarian and are confident that he is one of the best in the field.
