I had an amazing experience today at Lakeside Automotive. I know absolutely nothing about cars. I was driving from St.Catharines and had a long drive ahead of me to get home when my car started shaking like crazy. I quickly pulled over at Lakeside Automotive and told the young man behind the desk what was going on. He immediately dropped everything he was doing and came out to take a look at the car. He could tell I was quite anxious and calmed me down by explaining that there was ice and snow stuck in my rims and walked me through how he was going to fix it. He cleaned out the ice and snow and torqued my tires just to be safe. He even showed me while he was doing it so I would know how to fix it next time! As a young woman I was nervous and intimidated to go to an auto-shop alone (especially because I lack any meaningful knowledge about cars) but my experience here today made me feel valued, seen, and safe. I forgot to get the man's name but his service was incredible. I would 100% recommend this shop. Thank you again so unbelievably much.

We were on vacation and on our way to Toronto, when the alternator of our Honda Odyssey gave up on us. We googled the closest auto repair shop and found Lakeside Automotive. Despite us arriving unannounced around 3:30pm, the team was able to squeeze us in, ordered and installed a new alternator and (even though they officially closed at 5:00pm), sent us on our way at 5:30pm. Due to the entire team's effort, it turned out to be just a small "bump in the road". Thank you so much, Lakeside Automotive!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lakeside Automotive today! I was visiting a friend in town when I started hearing a concerning noise from my tire. Even though I came in last minute, the team was incredibly kind and accommodating—they took me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed quickly. I was really nervous about driving all the way back to Niagara Falls with the problem, but thanks to their prompt and professional service, I felt completely safe and reassured. I'm so grateful for their honesty, efficiency, and genuine care. It’s not easy to find a shop that treats you this well, especially when you're not a regular customer. I cannot stress how amazing they are. I am so grateful for to them for last minute assistance. We got a flat tire suddenly and were lucky enough to stop near their stop. They took us in without delay, no questions asked, and fixed us up on the spot. Faith in humanity was restored today, thanks to the team in Lakeside Automotive. God bless you all. 🙏
