Called to book a vacation on both numbers listed and still haven’t heard back from them. Went to M Y travel and got through immediately and ended up booking through them. May be helpful if potential customers can actually reach an agent.

Wendy was an excellent resource and always kept us informed as to any changes to our travel itinerary. She offered wonderful advice and answered all of my husband's many (MANY) questions. She never made us feel like we were a burden and genuinely wanted us to have a good time on vacation.

Did not get tickets. Had to get them from friends that we are traveling with. Booked last year and did not get any info on trip or feed back even when I called. This is the third trip at this place and the last. Our friends went elsewhere and got all there info in a timely manner! I booked the tickets and still have not received a e mail ?
