Ridiculous charging me for a appointment I never had. They insists with no proof. It was a phone visit witch is stupid. If they can show you phone records I would be werry.

I have been twice over the past year. I had many tests done and saw Dr.Raimondo. The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a check up this week and saw what I believe was a Physicians Assistant. She was kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and ease my anxiety. Definitely an A+!

On behalf of my 60 year old father who is not technical savvy: "If i could rate this place with zero stars I would. I typically don’t write reviews, ever. However after the way I was treated from the front desk receptionist, I feel obliged to write one. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect, making me feel like garbage. I booked off work for an appointment that they had booked me for, only to find out it was a mistake in the it system. I was very understanding however the receptionist was very irate and dismissive, never apologized for the inconvenience. Following a week later, today, I received a reminder call of an app for today. Another mistake on their part, as I was scheduled for Friday which I had booked off work again. When addressing the confusion to the receptionist, her unprofessionalism came out, and she kicked me out the clinic. I HIGHLY recommend you go to another place!!!! "

Dr.Raimondo and his staff are amazing, I've been there a few times over the last few years and I have nothing but positive things to say.

Over all the staff is very good. Very pleasant and professional. In fact I was very impressed with what they did when I missed an appointment. Totally my fault, as my mind was on the condition of my wife for the last few months. Constant ambulances to ER, then extended stays. Even needed to know my instructions on DNR. Although I said whatever they do would be fine as it was my error, the receptionist spoke to the "office manager" and said they didn't require any late /missing fee. Outstanding understanding. But then, they called and said I did owe them, although only half of $125.00. $65.00? Guess I use different math. The thing that concerns me is just how trust worthy are they? As a retired professional, I have always believed that you make a statement, you follow that statement. I was very ready to pay what was told to me due to missing, but I also expected an office that thinks they are professional, truthful, and competent to carry out what they orally state. If one goes here, which I would now not recommend due to the wishy washy statements by certain persons, get everything in writing.
