What impressed me is how Nicole met us at the door and helped us with our choice of couches that we needed for our family room. She had a lovely smile and she was very easy to talk to. Nicole went one step beyond and made a diagram of our family room with ideas of where to place our three couches. It was a great shopping experience and I would recommend to ask for Nicole.

We visited the La-z-Boy in st. Catherine's on YMCA Drive and had a very wonderful experience. Hillary Anderson was our sale rep. that helped us. She was very knowledgeable of the furniture and their brands, super kind, friendly and patient while we were there. We ended up buying a set from there and she has been great with her communication with us on the ETA for our furniture to arrive. I reccommend this store and the staff they are all willing to help and are not forecful with their selling.

Nicole Durocher was amazing at helping me find my new recliner. I stopped to research recliner options at LaZboy St Catharines. My main objectivev was to find a chair that would be suitable for someone with significant back issues. I work with the public myself and I have to say Nicole truly knows how to listen to her customers! She listened to what my needs and wants were, and with her excellent knowledge of product, took me directly to two perfect options to start. No pressure tactics, just helpful information and assurances that LaZboy could help me find and make many options possible. All my questions were answered thoughtfully and she gave me her card. When I returned two days later I was a little overwhelmed as I am one of those people who research buying anything to the point where I take the joy out of the purchase. Basically, I hate shopping. Nicole must have some claivoyance in this, as she greeted me, and let me know how she was available for any questions or concerns, but gave me the space and time I needed to sit in several chairs and think about all the research I had done. When I was tweaking my final choice, Nicole totally impressed me! She had the knowledge to answer my questions quickly amd professionally; any suggestions of options she offered were totally on point with who I am and my needs as the customer. I NEVER felt i was being upsold, and she made the whole process of shopping for a recliner as pleasant as it could be ... for someone like me It was totally a pleasure having Nicole help me with my purchase. I went to La-Z-boy in St Catharines to see what couches they had on sale. I wasn’t sure I’d find what I wanted at a price point that worked for me right now. Dean greeted my friend and I as we came in and was extremely helpful. I had some very specific asks and he more than met the challenge. We found an outstanding couch that I’m thrilled to say is going to soon be gracing my living room. If you’re in the market for a couch or chair, I recommend both the store and Dean. His manager, Jaxon was also very helpful. A great experience overall.
