la Vie en Rose Pen Centre

I was greeted and offered assistance when I went in by a very friendly and helpful young lady. (Sorry I didn't catch her name.) She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the experience really simple and comfortable. I even scored a few bonus items because of a sale. The other ladies were all very friendly as well. I'll definitely be back.

I bought a top from here for a concert, however I didn't end up wearing it so I decided to bring it back less than a week later. I had my receipt of purchase and the item was still unworn with tags on it. I explained to the sales person that I was looking to get a refund on the item and I handed her the original (and only) receipt I was given. Another woman came over and told me they were not going to be able to process the return because I didn't have the correct receipt. I explained to her that this receipt was the only receipt I was given at the time of checkout. She told me that wasn't true and I must've gotten another receipt as this is only the proof of purchase. I continued to say that I'd had the item in the bag at my apartment all week, untouched sitting on my counter waiting until I could return it, and that I've never had another receipt in the bag. She told me there was nothing she could do for me and I left after no attempts were made to fix the situation. Keep in mind, the store was very quiet at this time and there was no one else in line behind me. I ended up bringing this item with the same receipt to another location in Brantford and despite not having the "right receipt" the sales woman said she would try looking my order up in the system and even if they couldn't process a return on the item, I could exchange that for something different in the store. This option was NEVER given to me at the Pen Centre location. The Brantford location very quickly processed my refund! The Pen Center location made NO attempts to help me out and insisted that there was nothing they could do for me. The woman at the Pen Centre location was quick to turn me away and argued against everything I said when trying to explain my situation.

Genuinely the best customer experience I have had. Simone and Nicole were so attentive, patient, friendly and personable. I felt like I was shopping with friends. Every shopping experience should be this way. Thank you both!

As women, . I’m sure we can all agree that bra shopping isn’t always the funnest or the easiest. Sammy was not only sociable very knowledgable and made my experience amazing after trying on a bazillion and one bras I left with a purchase. I am beyond happy with so thank you Sammy for being you felt like I was shopping with a friend… lol give this girl a raise

I don't typically enjoy bra shopping, but the staff at La Vie en Rose (especially Victoria and Nicole), in the Pen Centre made the experience incredibly easy. They were so helpful and patient, and they helped me find the perfect fit. I walked out feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this store!
