I had a wonderful experience at the La Vie en Rose outlet store today. I went in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what I wanted to buy. A sales associate named Millie immediately approached me with such a friendly and welcoming attitude and offered to help. I shared with her that I had recently had a baby and didn’t feel like I owned anything flattering at the moment. Millie went right to work and found me the most perfect outfits. She even called it a little “mommy makeover,” with the goal of making me feel good—and she truly succeeded. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind throughout the entire experience. I am so thankful for her. I honestly can’t remember the last time I encountered such an eager, thoughtful, and genuinely caring sales associate. She went above and beyond to make sure everything I tried on felt perfect and made me feel confident. Thank you, Millie. I had a bad day shopping at the outlet mall yesterday because I was ignored so many times by the older lady employee who has blond/ yellow hair. She was working near the door being so nice and welcoming to everyone around me, while ignored me when I said “excuse me” three times. She could see I had a question and I was standing there to wait for her. But she chose to pass by me. It was very obvious and intentional. I usually take it very seriously and I won’t post it if I wasn’t sure that I was discriminated by this person. Five stars to the lady who helped me, her name is Narvana, if I spelt it right. I told her she was a nice person for helping me without being judgmental.

Joyce and all the staff were so helpful and kind! I ended up buying a bikini that fit me like a glove. What an amazing experience! Thank you 😊

Lina was so lovely helping us with swimsuits. She had such patience and offered suggestions and brought us copious amounts of bathing suits! We really enjoyed our experience!!

Was so incredibly happy with the help I received from Khushi. There were no sales staff available, and I'm sure I looked lost, but she came out from behind the counter and saved me. At first to help with my search, and then to get me a sales associate. Finally she came back to see how it was going when she had a free second. If it wasn't for her, I would've walked out.
