I had such an amazing experience bra shopping here. Best service at any La Vie En Rose ever, and I’ve been a long time shopper to this brand. I wish I got the employees name, she measured me and helped me find the best bras to fit now that I am done nursing and had no idea my size. She personally grabbed me probably over 30 bras, so many sizes and made me feel so welcomed and important. I’ve already recommended going to this store to many of my friends. I could not have had a better experience.

The staff could improve on customer service. I was in the store for over 20 minutes looking through swimsuits for sizes and tried multiple items on without being greeted or spoken to by any employee. Was only spoken to when I paid for my items. I was not greeted when I entered the store or asked if I needed any help with sizes and got myself my own dressing room.

I was greeted by one of their workers, Martsia. She was so sweet and helpful. I had some concerns and confusions, but from the moment I entered the store until check out, she went above and beyond to help.

I had a GREAT experience in here today getting ready for my trip. The lady there told of all the amazing places she has went and helped me pick out bathing suits for my daughter and I. There was a girl with curly red hair and another lady with a navy top and dark hair and that were really sweet. I didn’t catch their names. Every time I go in here with my daughters the girls are always so nice and kind. As a lingerie intimates store, it’s important to have that kind of staff. This is my go to store because of the friendly kind staff.

I am hard to fit and find it difficult to get bathing suits. Taylor and Melissa were extremely helpful. They figured out exactly what I was hoping to find and brought many for me to try. Their comments and suggestions were excellent and I highly recommend them. I was certainly happy with my experience at the store today. Thank you, Taylor and Melissa!
