I just have to leave a review for Sam because she genuinely gave me and my best friend the BEST customer service experience we’ve ever had. We were in the store for an insanely long time trying things on, going back and forth, asking a million questions and she was so patient with us the entire time. Not once did she make us feel rushed or annoying. She was such a girls’ girl. So kind, so smart, and insanely funny. She made the whole experience so comfortable and honestly just fun. Even at checkout, she went out of her way to help me figure out my membership and did it in the nicest, most patient way ever. You can tell she actually cares about customers and isn’t just doing her job she made us feel taken care of. Genuinely the best customer service I have ever had. If you go to La Senza, ask for Sam. She’s amazing.
