Nice big gym. Was here for a few days while on vacation. Has all the equipment you would need. Although couldn’t find a landmine attachment. I would recommend early mornings if you want to focus on your routine. Evenings tend to be a different more social crowd

Brendan was a great help. My membership was ready to be renewed and we were able to figure out a better option. We even talked about my goals and anything holding me back from achieving them. And Brendan was quick, willing to assist and recommend any good options.

This LA Fitness is the best gym in Niagara Falls. The people working the front desk are always ready to help and answer questions. I've read some of the negative reviews on here, and I don't feel they reflect my experience. I signed up online, it was effortless and quick. So I can't really comment on the sales people at the gym. Yesterday I forgot my shampoo in the shower. Today when I asked the cleaning manager about it, she was so kind as to find it for me. The fact that she has so much work to do, and she still went out of her way to help, really made my day - Thank you!

Mason the assistant GM is one of the absolute best! Great guy and very accommodating. If you need prompt and efficient service, he’s your guy. Had a wonderful experience my first time going in. He helped answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable coming into a new gym. Thanks Mason, you rock!🤘🏻

Today I came in late and had my nephew with me. Dhrun provided the best customer service. He always greets me every time I come in, and he does his job with great professionalism. Whenever I need help, he is always ready to assist. I highly recommend Dhrun for his outstanding customer service. He truly makes the experience at LA Fitness better.
