If I could give negative amount of stars I would. Absolute worst secretary who has an attitude problem and is down right unpleasant. Followed up by a doctor who has withheld care for child seeking help with special needs and legal documents. On top of that, mixing prescriptions in an unsafe way that almost led to an overdose. Where I had a pharmacist tell me not to ever take them together again, I went back in to kundis offices explaining, and was told it’s fine. To keep taking them. Absolutely not. 0 stars.

My daughter and husband both see Dr Patel. He is a kind dr who takes the time to listen and educate. I really like him and I'm not a fan of a lot of drs, bad experiences. We are very happy with his care.

This office runs like a well oiled machine — everyone from the receptionist to the nurses is excellent, professional, and kind. The whole team deserves a standing ovation. But the real standout is the doctor that I have the privilege to see, Dr. Calcagno. After moving to the region and having to leave my primary care physician behind in Toronto, I bounced around several family doctors in Niagara and walked away with a grand mistrust, extreme anxiety and fear of doctors. However, Dr. Calcagno (a McMaster graduate) has the charisma and charm of a Grey’s Anatomy lead, paired with something far rarer: he listens. He takes the time to understand his patients, treats women with their health concerns with seriousness, thought and genuinely gives the sense that he chose medicine to actually help people, not for the title on his door. I’m pretty sure it’s quite obvious to him that the moment I enter his office there’s a lot of health anxiety that surrounds me and never has he made me feel “crazy” for it. Competence, compassion, patience and decent dose of personality— exactly what you want in a doctor’s office.

My experience with this office was with my IUD! i had it placed May 30, 2022. I came back yesterday (21/09/25) to have it removed. Dr. Kundi is absolutely fantastic, she is so kind, patient, informative, attentive and always on time. When i came to the clinic yesterday there was a student Doctor which i thought was so cool, i will always say YES whenever i can to allow medical professionals to practice on new things they don’t have much experience in! I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the doctor but she was absolutely lovely, just as kind, patient and attentive as Dr. Kundi. My 4/5 comes from their receptionist, if i’m not mistaken this has been the same one for years and my opinion has remained the same. She is not very well equipped to speak with patients, not patient, huffs and puffs, and makes you feel like you’ve done something wrong everytime you’re there or that you’re bothering her. it makes the beginning of the experience incredibly uncomfortable everytime. Other than that i love this clinic.

My daughter with a rare genetic condition and myself have had the privilege to have Dr A Kundi as our family physician for quite some time. She is one of the most compassionate, trustworthy, empathetic, patient, passionate, and one of the most kindest humans. She will listen & guide in the right directions. She explains things and gives options. I have diabetes and has always been so supportive. She is sooooooo amazing with my daughter.. who has us all of over the map of unknowns. She always figures out a plan. I appreciate her SO much! She is a safe person to us ! ! We have always been so lucky to have a great experience with the the ladies who work SO hard in the office too! We have also been able to see Dr C a few times & he is full of knowledge and passion and has been sooo amazing to my sweet girl too. So grateful!
