Great work but the cleaning after is not the greatest, the cleaner left a sticky substance on my truck But the undercoat has been good so for And great service

Just wanted to say thank you to the people at the St. Catharines location! Especially to the 2 wonderful ladies behind the desk. They are all smiles and so kind...explaining everything and making sure no one is surprised by anything...and their customer service skills are excellent! ( sitting waiting for car and listening to them...no matter what the question or comment either in person or on phone...they never lost temper...stayed smiling and patient!) Car was done quickly and even given a quick wash and wipe. Have come here for past 5 years and will continue to do so...highly recommend!

I've been going to this location for years and have ALWAYS had a positive experience. The Staff are friendly and professional. I was in and out within half a hour. They also did a great job cleaning the outside of the vehicle to get the over spray off.

They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. The application was quick and efficient, and I feel much more confident about protecting my car from rust. I recently brought a new vehicle in to have it sprayed. I had a few questions which the technicians were happy to answer. I’ve used Krown in the past and have found everyone there to be friendly and helpful. They did a great job and used plugs that matched my original factory ones.
