Good experience, less crowded that st Catherine's branch. Spacious waiting area, with free coffee, TV, magazines, the best is no long waiting list for an appointment.

I visited Krown for rust proofing and was initially a bit hesitant like many others, I was worried about the drilling process. But I was completely relieved after the reception lady patiently explained the entire procedure. It was great to see young professionals like Neil, Darren, and Tristin working on my car. I had a small chat with them, they’re clearly passionate about cars and know their work inside out. The job was done meticulously, and they followed every step of their checklist perfectly. All were pretty quick and it was a nice sight when i saw some really expensive cars out there getting the procedure done. Bit of a relief lol. I don’t plan on buying a new car anytime soon, and I’m really glad I chose Krown to protect the one I have. Highly recommend!

I have come here a few times and have always been happy. I just got the undercoating done and my mechanic noticed a couple areas that did not get done. So I can back and I talked with Neil and he was wonderful. Said he would get the areas redone. Thanks Neil.
