Paul and his staff have always handled my clients house closings with due care and professionalism.

If I could give a zero I would! This lawyer and his staff (Mary) are incompetent and absolutely rude! When we called to get the status of our file as we were waiting for our keys this Lawyer had the nerve to say " if you keep calling me you won't be getting your keys today" . We had to wait an additional 5 hours ( movers too)with two kids in a hot car before getting our keys. Only to find out months later they made numerical mistakes in our deal.Very unprofessional and cold bunch of individuals. All about their money.

They are knowledgeable and efficient real estate lawyers. They closed our home with only a few weeks notice! Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the purchase so much easier. I would absolutely use and recommend them in the future.

I was in need of a notary and was not sure who to utilize. Various law firms in Niagara Falls varied in price from 50-75$ for signing and sealing/notarizing a document. Many of these firms posted fair to poor reviews and when I saw Paul Krowchuk had such wonderful reviews and very reasonable and low prices I decided to take a chance and see him. Michelle the receptionist is amazing and so knowledgeable and Paul was so kind. I will definitely be back again. He does not gauge people in prices and is very fair. Dianne
