This was the first time we used Kraun Electric and I highly recommend them! Steve was very professional and knowledgeable with the new LED light fixtures and explained everything, especially to my elderly mother who is partially blind, so helpful and kind. I will have him back for any future electrical work. I will highly recommend Kraun. Job well done!

We are brand new to the Niagara area and needed an upgrade to 200amp service, after doing some research I found Kraun and the great reviews they had. Steve was sent to do our consultation and worked out a plan that met our needs. On install day, he arrived with an assistant, Ludwig, and right from start to finish they were professional, courteous and took great pride in the work they performed! Kaleigh did an outstanding job installing our Gemstone Lights. She was professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The installation was clean, the system works perfectly, and she took the time to walk us through everything before leaving. Her customer service and communication were excellent. I contacted Kraun Electric because I wanted to upgrade my Gemstone Hub from #1 to #2. From my first interaction onwards, this is a company I would gladly give any electrical work too. Their responsiveness, scheduling, technician tracking, and of course the actual work being done. Geez, what can I say. A very refreshing reminder as to how a business should be run, and the type of quality service that makes them a 1st choice for referrals for any electrical work. Hayden and Jamie did an outstanding job at my place! They upgraded my electrical panel and installed pot lights, and the whole experience was nothing short of professional from start to finish.
