Kitchen Stuff Plus

Very poor customer service experienced yesterday upon attempting to make a return. Condescending attitude, eye-rolls at very first interaction, no understanding of what receipt showed (one item used coupon, not entire purchase) etc. Ultimately refused refund unless I return both items purchased to accommodate computer system -- a separate unbelievable issue-- but most surprising was disrespectful treatment by acting manager at St Catharines store. Update: I returned to the store the following day and received apologies, friendly, helpful service from Cheryl who knew what she was doing. Still, I have little confidence the store will take action to deal with either training of how to override the system or to address this immature customer service (witnessed by a junior associate, Isaac). With plenty of options, I'll give my business elsewhere.

They're online inventory said they had two items in stock but there were none. The staff that were involved tried their hardest to find what I was looking for but to no avail. They did everything they could and I appreciate it

If I could leave a zero star review for this location I would! Went here on December 7th and the debit declined at first when we tried to tap our card for the purchase, we then inserted the card it came back approved a paper even printed showing approved(which we took a picture of!) Yet the staff said no it didn't go through although we clearly seen it said approved on the debit machine! Right then and there I signed into my online banking to confirm and it was indeed taken out, I even showed this to the clerk who then called her manager over. Told her everything that just happened and she even took a picture of my phone screen showing they got their money, they looked into their system said there was some glitch and it didn't go through although I could clearly see it was gone from my bank account, the manager called her "boss" while we waited about 10 minutes, she gets off the phone and says to pay for it again and that the other one would cancel, we said no cause we can see we already paid. Next thing she's like give me a minute looks at us darn near crying for no reason and says there's nothing she can do, like too bad and no you can't leave with the stuff. I even said let us leave with it and if by chance it didn't go through i would call and pay by credit card as I live 5hrs away and she said no! Almost a week later and the charge is still on my bank account and I didn't get the products I went to buy! This manager is extremely unprofessional and shouldn't hold her title! I am so disappointed with this place! I will never step foot in this store again.

Absolutely terrible experience.I'll tell you why today is november seventeenth twenty twenty five.I'm just walking out of it at six p m.And the lady working tonight with the hair in the bun.And glasses who came in after there was a lot of traffic.She noticed that she should help out upfront.Said that she will not honor price mash, even though the other representatives said that the store policy is that they do honor the price match. Product was exactly the same.This sales associate had an absolute attitude her words were " its tideous to do" even when I showed her the evidence of the exact same product. Pathetic.

Great place lots of stuff , at good prices very friendly and helpful staff !! We will enjoy are new Rolling Cooler at every function we have !! Putting together was easy !!
