Kirkpatrick has been a phenomenal company to work with. Jessica provides exceptional customer service, and was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and provided us options when we didn't really even know what was available to us. She also coordinated with the other stakeholders at the cemetery on our behalf, which was amazing and so helpful. When a family is grieving, it's so hard to also be responsible for the administrative parts of losing a loved one, and Jessica bent over backwards to ensure we were happy. She even advocated for us when the stone we wanted was not available, and was able to coordinate a mini-miracle with the quarry in Quebec that allowed us to have the granite that we needed. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend Kirkpatrick to anyone who wants and needs a compassionate company to help navigate them through the process of purchasing and installing a headstone or flat marker. Thank you also to their designer for working with us until we had just the right thing - Kirkpatrick staff clearly understand and care about the needs of their clients. This is the only company I would trust to create my monument, they have been around forever and you can tell that their granite is of high quality.
