This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. The dentist tightened a wire behind my tooth far too much, leaving me in pain and unable to eat for five days. My front teeth shifted and are now crooked — and because the clinic was closed for three days, I couldn’t even go back. When I raised this, she denied responsibility and told me to get braces instead. No accountability, no professionalism. I have filed a complaint with the Ontario Dental Association. There are many different dentists in Beamsville. No need to pick this one. Go anywhere else. I'm now spending $3000 on inviseline after 8 years of braces and two decades of perfectly straight teeth That being said, Sue and Tristan at the front desk are nothing but lovely!

Wonderful dental office! Front desk team, Sue and Tristan, are friendly and efficient, the hygienist,Jessica, is gentle and thorough, and Dr. Amita is kind, professional, and top notch!! Highly recommended!

I returned to Kingsway Family Dentistry after a few years due to the lack of coverage after my husband retired. Thankfully we are able to have been accepted by the government coverage. Sue, at the reception desk greeted me and welcomed me back. We chatted for a couple of minutes until Jessica arrived to escort me to her office. Jessica did a wonderful job doing a complete job taking X-rays of my teeth, and with no pain, she scaled my teeth. After Jessica was done, Dr. Amira Bhikadia came in to discuss what has happened to my teeth over the years I was not able to keep up with my visits. She kindly and clearly explain what could be done with options that could help with my missing molars. I was given an estimate with the price I would be responsible for by the very kind Tristan. I had an outstanding experience at this dental office! From start to finish, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Sue at the reception was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the check-in process seamless. Tristan went above and beyond to help sort out my insurance issues, making it one less thing for me to worry about. Jessica did an amazing job with my cleaning—she was thorough and gentle, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Finally, Dr. Bhikadia was excellent, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. This level of professionalism and care is hard to find. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for exceptional service and a friendly, knowledgeable team!
