King's Express Chinese Food

I ordered takeout and was told I’d receive the neighbour’s discount, but it wasn’t applied. When the food was delivered, I was told it was because they’d “never seen me before,” despite me working next door for nearly two years. It was an awkward and unprofessional interaction. More importantly, the food itself was disappointing; bland, greasy, and not up to the standard I’d expect for the price. Between the service and the food quality, I wouldn’t rush to order again.

If I couid give zero stars I wouid. Have been ordering from this location for years now and there was never an issue. Last night a placed an order for delivery and was very disappointed. First they didn’t have a debit/credit machine so I had to give my card information over the phone. When my food arrived the bags were wet as the food had leaked all over them. Once opening the food I noticed there was an odd smell coming from it. The chicken was raw the rice was mushy and stuck together yet still hard in some places discoloured and had a smell. The beef and broccoli also was questionable undercooked and discoloured. Upon discovering this I called the restaurant to see about a refund and to honestly let them know they can’t be serving that to the public and I was yelled at and hung up on completely disgusted do not recommend!!!

Delicious and fresh. Prompt and friendly delivery every time. Decent prices and lots of variety. The lady/owner who answers the phone is so sweet. Best in town in our opinion.

I ordered for the first time last nite from king's. As I opened the honey garlic ribs, the aroma smelled off but I thought, oh maybe they use a different sauce. The chicken fried rice was pasty and stuck together. Unfortunately, I ate and was sick to my stomach shortly after. I think the food was not prepared fresh. I can afford Chinese food once a month as a treat and unfortunately this month's food and money went in the garbage. Will not order from them again.

Great food and service !! Despite another review they take debit , MC and visa . Very friendly and efficient
