King and Victoria Winery

We had a lovely tasting with yesterday and had an opportunity to meet the owners. It was so interesting to hear their story and passion for wines. I’m currently sipping and loving the 2024 Chardonnay, which has very nice, light oak notes that add a bit more complexity than an unoaked chard. Wish I bought a case 😀

We happened upon this incredible gem last year. We were greeted with genuine hospitality and were impressed by Rob’s enthusiasm and knowledge, but more so the wines! Having been to many of Niagara’s wineries over the years we’ve found few that are consistently good in every category. Honestly, we walked in not expecting anything special but were blown away by the fact that every wine we tasted was So Good! We liked the wines so much that we went back with our friends a month later. We’ve told other friends about this special winery and the wonderful owners and wines and it has become our go-to winery.

What a special winery! They've been making winery for years, although the tasting room is only 3 years old! Its a quiet, hidden gem....dont blink or you'll miss the driveway. Currently, their tastings are no charge, with a hope that you buy some wine. I bought 4 bottles. Their Cab is juicy and delicious... their whites are nice and dry. Go check them out! Rob & Joe greeted us with warm welcomes, and through our 90 minute tasting we learned all about their vineyard and their process. It's a small operation for now, but these are fantastic wines made by fantastic people. A must if you're interested in great wines!
