I booked an appointment for Monday 10 am. I lef my other stuff to reach there for my appointment. When I reached there, I found the office closed. Plz work well or do not kill peole time!

I’ve been getting treated here for about a year on and off. The staff are amazing!! Everyone is very gentle and kind while working on patients, always checking in and making sure you’re comfortable. I love that they have the option for a male or female massage therapist! Dr. Shahani is super accommodating and really cares for all of her patients. Super attentive and always gets back to me when I have questions about treatment or upcoming appointments. She really does it all! I’ve gone to multiple clinics and here is by far the most clean and comfortable I’ve felt!

The online booking system is bad. It's managed by one person who has to manually input info from online bookings. I arrived to a massage appointment and the door was locked because they never scheduled my appointment after it was made online. When I made appointments in person I could not find them on my account online because they don't update the online portal. The physio therapist accepted me as a patient but after 3 appointments told me they were leaving for 3 months on a personal trip. I required more treatments but have wasted my limited insurance money here going through initial assessments. The physiotherapist was good at her job so I give this place an extra start but I recommend avoiding.

I look forward to my appointments! Dr. Shalini is very welcoming and always finds different techniques to help find what works best for my healing journey. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I feel my injury has greatly improved!

The front staff and therapists at this facility have been wonderful while I have been getting treatments. The first time I started last week, I was unsure what to expect but they all have been very helpful with providing the care I have required. I am starting to feel relieved of my pain. Thank you to all of you!
